"The overall experience with Cars 24 was good. It took around 40 minutes for the inspection of my car and then around 25 minutes to get the quote... The quote given was satisfactory even though I could get little more if I would have sold to the vehicle end buyer. They gave me one day to decide and the next day the paperwork was smooth and money was transferred within 15 min.... Overall a good exeperience selling my vehicle"

"Good for selling your old cars. You will get a good price without any hassle of negotiating with strangers. Paper work is usually quicker but dont expect from staff to assist you beyond 6pm. Do not expect from staff to entertain or even pick your call if you want to talk or confirm anything after your visit. I called 2 days in a row to confirm one thing in paperwork but nobody picked my call. Though i received my money within 48hrs so i stopped calling anyways. The one thing unacceptable that i found was washrooms were worse than a public toilet due to which the stench of urine was all over the office when i visited. They don't even had water in the taps of washrooms which explains the stench. Overall good service, genuine prices."

"There services are kind of OK. They commit that It I only need max 45 minutes for your car Inspection. But in actual they take arround 2-3 hours of time depending upon how many people are there in queue. For them no matter if you have been given some perticular appointment window. Another thing is they always quote 30-40% less than the market value of your car. So please consider above things in mind if you are planning to visit over there."

"Very unprofessional brahmpuri staff. They were fighting among themselves when i went there. I was made to wait 3 hours. After that I heard a big joke....my car was valued ONE LAC less than what the local dealer was offering. Go there only if you have plenty of time to waste and beware the price that they will quote will be much much less than local dealers. And also they have hidden charges in form of their commission and they with hold 10 thousand rupees till you get the Form 28 and 29 signed. So simply beware....there are a bunch of lies and deceit waiting for you....If u decide to go there."
